What happens after the 30-day trial?
On day 31, your subscription starts at $5 per user per month, billed monthly. No price change, no surprise upgrade path. Cancel anytime from the billing page.
How does AI pricing work?
Every signup gets a $5 starter credit. When you need more, buy credits in $10 bundles, in any multiple. Credits are consumed per query, based on the Claude model and context length. The in-app usage meter shows your balance and recent burn rate.
Do my AI credits expire?
Never. Unused credits roll forward indefinitely — through billing periods, trial-to-paid transitions, and even periods where you cancel and come back later.
Can I self-host for free?
Yes, once the public release lands. Kyomi will be AGPL-3.0 licensed — run it on your own infrastructure, bring your own LLM key, and pay us nothing. The repo opens alongside Cloud GA. Follow along →
What about my data warehouse bill?
Kyomi queries your warehouse directly, so you pay your cloud provider for compute and storage as usual. We charge only for the Cloud subscription, AI credits, and analytics overage. See the table below.
Is there a free tier for Kyomi Cloud?
No. After the 30-day trial, access requires an active subscription. A permanently free self-hosted release is coming under AGPL — follow along.
